Dr. RK Verma

Chairman

Dr. RK Verma, Chairman, holding PhD degree in Mining Engineering from erstwhile USSR, started his career from Coal India Limited where he worked extensively on Mining Technology in CMPDIL, Ranchi and different subsidiaries of Coal India Limited. He was picked up by Imperial Chemical Industries (ICI) for its Explosive Business wherein he headed the Technology Services to cater to all the customers base in India related to Mining Industry. Lastly, he worked for erstwhile (Unión Española de Explosivos) UEE, later named as MAXAM group of Companies, in various capacities at Director level, had expat tenure as Commercial Head in its Russian Division for several years. Thereafter, Dr Verma was instrumental in establishing Maxam India wherein he worked for ~20 years as Managing Director and successfully retired in September 2024. Presently working in MMARSZ RED PRIVATE LIMITED as Chairman, Dr Verma brought in his immense expertise in this business with his acumen to excel in this business to greater heights with his great insight and foresightedness in the Global Platform.

Ms. Sangeeta Verma

Director (Business Development)

Ms Sangeeta Verma leads the Company’s growth strategy and market expansion initiatives, driving new business opportunities. She has over 33 years of experience in Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) in various executive roles & responsibilities of Upper Management. Presently, she is engaged primarily in the area of Business Development and International Trade, wherein she plays a key role in strengthening the Organization’s Market Presence and Revenue Growth.

Mr. Akhilesh Shukla

Director (Export- Import)

A qualified MBA holder in International Business, Mr Akhilesh Shukla leads the Company’s International Trade Operations, overseeing Global Exports, Procurement Strategy, Logistics Management and end-to-end Supply Chain Optimization. With over 13+ years of experience in International Trade and Industrial Supply Chains, he brings in-depth knowledge and great expertise in Export Compliances as per Indian Law, Global Sourcing and Cross-border Distribution Management adding success to the Company on Global Arena.

Ms. Monica Aggarwal

Director (Finance)

Ms Monica Aggarwal looks after the Finance & Accounting function of the Organization ensuring robust Accounting Practices and Regulatory Compliances. With over 13+ years of experience in Financial Management and Corporate Accounting, she plays a pivotal role in maintaining Financial Stability, Transparency and long-term Value Creation. She oversees the Company’s Financial Reporting, Taxation, Audit Coordination and Internal Control Systems, ensuring Accuracy and Integrity across all financial operations.
